Cheryl was born on February 7, 1947 , in Johnson City, New York, to the late Richard Root and Carol Kessler.
She passed away on December 2, 2018 in Hahnemann Hospital, after a valiant battle with Lung Disease .
She worked for the Federal Reserve Bank, as an Administrative Assistant for over 20 years. She was a loving and kind person, who was there for anyone who needed her assistance.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas O'Connor. two daughters, Lisa Limper ( the late John ) and Lynn Lang ( Michael ). 5 grandchildren, Kiersten, Trisha, John, Brooke and Michael. 7 great Grandchildren, James, Kyleigh, John, Lilyana, Gregory, Gabriel and Joseph.
