Francis Carpenter, Jr. Obituary

Frank passed away on January 23, 2019 at Einstein Medical Center of heart disease. Born in Philadelphia , on May 30, 1958 to the late Francis P. Carpenter, Sr. and Marie Kahmar Carpenter. He was 60.

Sgt. Carpenter was a proud 20 year US Army veteran. He served in Germany and Operation Desert Storm. He was a Drill instructor, serving from 1977 to 1997.

He is survived by his wife, Fornntier Quinet Carpenter ( nee Brown ) his step children Keowanna A. Billings and Theophus I. Billings, Jr. His siblings, Donna Plunkett ( James ), Michael Carpenter ( Theresa ), Denise Niven ( Dennis McCoy ), Joann Dougherty ( Edward ) , Robert Carpenter and the late Diane Carpenter. He leaves many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his interment with military honors, on Friday, February 15, 2019, at 10:30 AM, in Beverly National Cemetery, 916 Bridgeboro Road, Beverly NJ, 08010.
