Frederick Gilpin

Frederick Gilpin passed away at home on November 7, 2019 at the age of 66. He is the beloved life partner of Jackie Sarge. Devoted father of Frederick Gilpin (Kimberly) and Andrew Gilpin. Loving Pops of Ryan. Dear brother of Mary Colleluori (Albert), Donna Schwab (Tom), the late Walter Gilpin (Mina) and the late Nancy Deissler (Tim). Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Frederick was a kind and generous man who was devoted to his family. He was also a great friend and neighbor who loved to decorate his home for the holidays and keep his Street clean for his family and also for his neighbors. He was very active in his church community and was always there to lend a helping hand. He was also an avid sports fan, especially of his Philadelphia home teams. He will greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Wednesday November 13, 2019 beginning at 10am in St. Michael Lutheran Church 2139 East Cumberland Street Philadelphia PA 19125. Funeral mass 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to the above named church.
