Helen T. (Brown) Torelli

Helen passed away peacefully, after a brief illness, at home surrounded by her loving family, on August 14, 2018.  She was born in Philadelphia, the daughter of the late John and Helen Marton Brown.   She was the beloved wife of the late Edmond D. Torelli.  Devoted mother of Denise Dougherty,  Laura Tedesco,  Edmond D. Jr. , Michael, Joseph,  Elizabeth Vega and the late William.   Dear sister of Thomas Brown, Mary Bryant, Allen and the late Joseph and Edward.  Sadly missed by her 14 grandchildren , many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews  Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday  August 21, 2018 at 10 AM followed by her Funeral Service at 11 AM.  in Bethel Baptist Church,  2210 East Susquehanna Avenue, Fishtown.  Burial Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham.  In lieu of flowers, the family is respectfully requesting memorial contributions to , First Christian Assembly Church, 1900 South 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA  19148
