Herman passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on Saturday, August 11, 2018, at Wesley Enhanced Living. He was originally from Stella St., son of the late Herman and Sarah Vetters Cooper. Beloved husband of the late Patricia ( nee Donahue ). Devoted father of the late Patti Ann Cooper and the late Rocky. Dear brother of Mary Jane Kelly ( William ) and Phyliss Jones ( the late Howard ). Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. There are no services planned at this time.
