John P. Hart passed away at home on August 31, 2018. He is the beloved son of  the late William and Elizabeth (nee Horbury). Devoted father of Jamie Hogan,  Amy, and the late John "Marbles". Loving Pop of Tristan and Tyler. Dear brother of Sally Carroll (late Tim), Cathy Foley (Tim), Michael (late Judy), Liz Tirabasso (late Tim), and the late James (Diane). Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Thursday September 6, 2018, beginning at 9am in St. Anne Church (lower) 2328 E. Lehigh Ave. Philadelphia PA 19125. Funeral Mass 10:30am.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to The Pink Elephant Movement 2729 E.
