John W. McCandless Sr. passed away suddenly on October 6, 2018 at the age of 65. He is the beloved son of Thomas "Tucker" and Dolores (nee Myers). Devoted father of John W. Jr. and his wife Beth, and Patrick. Loving grandfather of Alysia, Michael, Anthony, Megan and his 5 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Helen, Thomas, Donna, Bob, David, Mike, Debbie, Kathy, Connie, and the late Sam, Veronica, Vincent, and Dolores. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Sunday October 14, 2018 beginning at 6pm in the Hubert M. McBride Funeral Home 2357 E. Cumberland Street Philadelphia, PA 19125. Funeral service 8pm. Interment private.
