Joey was taken from us way too soon. He had such a love for life. He loved taking his daughter to the playground pulling her in the wagon. He loved going down the shore during the summer. He loved dancing and being silly just to make people laugh. When he loved he loved deeply. He had so much loyalty to those he loved. He made mistakes, but he did the best he could with the hand that life dealt him. Joey was preceded in death by his mother Margaret Fidler. He is survived by his daughter Jacquelyn Fidler-Ryan, Joey will be missed but never forgotten by Amy Ryan and the Ryan family, his longest standing friendship Stan aka "Stosh", and many other friends and loved ones in Fishtown. Joey was a stone mason by trade. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside committal services, for Joey and his Mom,  on Wednesday August 14, 2019 at 10 AM, in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Bridesburg. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Holy Name of Jesus Church, 701 East Gaul Street, Phila, PA   19125 .
