Joseph M. Steimer passed away on April 27, 2019 in Pennsylvania Hospital. He was 81 years old. He is the son of the late Joseph Steimer and the late Elizabeth Kearns Napier (late Joseph). Dear brother of Michael Napier Sr. (Margie). Loving uncle of Kelly Lynn Stearns (Greg)  Michael Napier Jr. (Christine), and great uncle of Evan and Ally.  Joseph was born and raised in Old City in St. Augustine Parish and recently moved to Fishtown when he became a resident of Neumann Center North at St. Mary's. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral Saturday May 4, 2019 beginning at 9am in St. Augustine Church 250 North Fourth Street Philadelphia PA 19106, where his funeral mass will begin at 10am. Interment Calvary Cemetery Conshohocken, PA.
