Marie C. (Makarewicz) Foster

​Marie C. Foster (nee Makarewicz) passed away peacefully at home on July 27, 2018. She is the beloved wife of the late George "Pete". Devoted mother of Marie McKenna (George Alkins and the late Charles McKenna), William, Stanley (Linda), Kenneth, Barbara Pockrandt (Charles), and Michael. Loving Grandmom of Charles, William, Chasity, Jennifer, Jennifer, Bryan, Jessica, Kelly, Johnny,  Kiara and great grandmom of 10.  Dear sister of Benjamin Makarewicz (Billie Ann), William Makarewicz (Elizabeth), Claire Green (late Richard), and the late Stanley Makarewicz. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and funeral Wednesday August 1, 2018 beginning at 10am in the Hubert M. McBride Funeral Home 2357 E. Cumberland St. Philadelphia PA 19125. Funeral service 11am.  Entombment will follow at Fernwood Cemetery and Mausoleum.
