Patrick J. Flanagan

Patrick Flanagan passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, in Bluffton S.C. at the age of 52. He is the son of the late Francis and Joan (nee) Chambers. He leaves behind his son Matthew, brother Fran, sisters’ Anna (Re), and Rita, sister in law Erna, nieces and nephews Bridget, Theresa, Kevin, Franny, Mark, John and Daniel, and an extended family of uncles, cousins and friends. He also leaves behind his Home Depot family and friends in Bluffton S.C. where he worked and resided for the past three years. He will be sadly missed by all.

Family and friends are invited to his viewing and Funeral Mass on Saturday, November 3, 2018, at Holy Name of Jesus church located at 701 Gaul St., Philadelphia, PA 19125. The viewing will take place at 9:30 a.m. with the Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. The interment will take place at Palmer Cemetery following the Mass.
