Raymond D. Douglass was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 14, 1965 to the late John and Theresa (née Sparks). He passed away on January 9, 2019. He is the loving father of Jacqueline and Raymond Douglass and grandfather of Seamus and Bradley. Dear brother of Theresa Omelchuk (Paul), Cathy Cunliffe (Frank), and the late John “Jack”. Sadly missed by his stepchildren Francis Bryan, Tammy Bryan, Steven Omelchuk, their children, and also his nieces and nephews. Raymond loved the simple things in life such as spending time with family, sitting outside with the children, and his sports teams. Relatives and friends are invited to gather and celebrate his life Thursday January 17th,beginning at 9:30am in the McElvarr Funeral Home 1415-17 E. Susquehanna Ave. Philadelphia PA 19125 (Fishtown). Funeral service 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Raymond’s final expenses.
