Stephanie "Bunny" McDermott

Bunny was born in Philadelphia to the late Sophie Miller. She passed away unexpectedly in her home.

Bunny was an animal lover and always looked after strays in the neighborhood, she had a number of fur babies in her home.  They were her children, she named them all. Bunny had been housekeeper for our funeral home for many years.  She and her late husband John, were with us since the beginning in 1987.  John's late brother Frank also worked at the funeral home.  In later years she was employed by Walmart.  

Bunny sang in the guitar group at Holy Name Church, and was a "Martha",  the group of ladies who cleaned the church. 

She is survived by her sister Patricia Giles ( Ralph ) and a number of nieces and nephews.  

Her Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at 10 AM, in Holy Name Church, 701 East Gaul Street, Phlia., PA ,  where friends may call after 9 AM.  Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery.
