Thomas J. Becker Jr.

Thomas J. Becker Jr. passed away peacefully on July 22, 2018.  He was surrounded by his loving family who are the world to him. He is the beloved husband of Barbara A. (nee Kelly). Devoted father of Barbara McKenna (Mike), Thomas III (Denise), Cathy Houck (Bob), Maureen Steinmetz (Joe), and Gerard (Maria). He is the cherished son of the late Thomas J. Sr. and Dorothy (nee Quinn). Loving Pop to his 17 grandchildren and G-Pop to 11 great grandchildren. Dear brother of John (Maryanne), Patricia McNally (Mike), James (Joan), Bridget Altare (late Rick), Mark, and the late Dorothy McDermott, William Becker, Bernadette Petrovia, and Joseph Becker. Sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and all who knew and loved him. Relatives ,friends, and fellow classmates of Northeast Catholic High School Class of 1955 are invited to his viewing and funeral Thursday July 26, 2018 from 7-9pm and Friday July 27, 2018 from 8:30-9:30am in the Hubert M. McBride Funeral Home 2357 E. Cumberland St. Philadelphia PA 19125. Funeral Mass Friday 10am in St. Anne Church (upper) 2328 E. Lehigh Ave. Philadelphia PA 19125. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to the above named church.
