Thomas P. Gallagher

Thomas P. Gallager,  64, Passed away on July 6, 2018 at home, surrounded by his loving family.  Beloved husband of Kathleen ( nee Cohen ).  Devoted father of  Ryan Gallagher ( Melissa Kragle ) and Matthew Gallagher ( Helen Dan ).  Proud Pop- pop of Layla Marie Gallagher.  Dear brother of Joseph Gallagher ( Donna ) and Mary McGuckin. Son of the late Joseph and Loretta Rooney Gallagher.  Tom had worked for the City Water Dept. for 25 yrs, retiring 10 years ago.  He enjoyed Painting, fishing and music.  Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Tom's Life, on Saturday July 14, 2018, between 1 and 5 PM, in the CASBAH CATERERS, 3461 Thompson St, PHila, PA   19134.  For those desiring, and, in lieu of flowers, contributions in honor of Layla Marie Gallagher , and in memory of her Pop-pop , may be made to the Diabetes Center at Children's Hospital  of Philadelphia,  P.O.
