Amy Marie Poulterer passed away unexpectedly on December 20, 2019. She was 40 years old. Beloved fiancee of Joe Stephenson.  Devoted and loving mommy to Savanna and Joseph. Dear daughter of Timothy Poulterer and the late Theresa Smith and sister of Timothy Poulterer, Sharon Poulterer, Shannon Perez and the late Nicole Poulterer. Survived and loved by her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to gather and celebrate her life Wednesday January 8, 2019 beginning at 7pm in the Hubert M. McBride Funeral Home 2357 E. Cumberland Street Philadelphia PA 19125.
