Anna was born in Philadelphia to the late John and Barbara Hoefler Noll. Born and raised in St. Peter the Apostle Parish, she attended grade school there and went on to St. Michael's Business School. Her family moved to St. Anne's Parish when Anna was 14 years old. As an 80 year member of St. Anne's she was very active in her parish. Anna was a member of the St. Anne Guild and the Rosary Altar Society. She was known an an excellent cook, she enjoyed knitting and was a talented seamstress. She even made wedding dresses for members of her family.
Active in social groups Anna was a member of the 5 and 1 club, and attended senior groups at the Lutheran Settlement House. Anna enjoyed the many outings offered by these organizations and was always along for a good time.
She worked for many years for The Acorn Company, Printers and Stationers who provided Prayer Cards, register books, calendars and other supplies to the funeral industry.
She is the dear sister of John Noll, Michael Noll ( Patricia ) and the late Henry and Philip Noll. Sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at 10:30 AM in St. Anne's Upper Church, 2328 East Lehigh Avenue. where friends may call after 10 AM. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. For those desiring and in lieu of flowers, the family is respectfully requesting memorial contributions to either St. Anne's Church or Lutheran Settlement Seniors.
