Anne R. (Schill) Falco

Anne Falco passed away peacefully at home on August 5, 2023 surrounded by family. Anne was born and raised in the Fishtown/Port Richmond area, daughter of the late Leo and Rose Hulmes Schill.  She attended Saint Anne’s Business school and went to work at Jeffries and Manz for her whole career. She has been married her childhood sweetheart Joe for 53 years and they have been together even longer. Together they have two children, Joe (Bridget) and Leeann (Chris), 7 grandchildren, Brittany, Jessie (John), Joey, Colleen, Payton, Ben, and Nick, 3 great grandchildren, John, Amelia, and Reese, and a fat cat named George. She loved her family more than anything and wanted to spend time with them whenever she could

Anne’s love for the shore was a well known fact amongst friends and family. She let anyone she talked to know how much she wanted to go down there, sit on the beach, and walk the boards.

Those who loved her will remember her huge bags of Halloween candy, her Christmas decorations, and her window decorations that changed with every holiday and season. We will miss her home cooked meals, especially her chicken dinner, her thanksgiving stuffing, and her stuffed peppers.

She is loved more than she knows and will be missed even more.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and funeral on Thursday August 10, 2023, beginning at 9:45 AM in Holy Name of Jesus Church, Fishtown and participate in her Funeral Mass at 11AM.  Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
