Brant J. Paul Sr.

Brant J. Paul Sr., 59 of Northeast, Maryland (born and raised in Philadelphia, PA) passed away peacefully at his home on January 18, 2021 after a short battle with cancer.  

Brant was the loving husband to his beloved wife of 23 years (together 41) Rosemary (nee McCarthy). Devoted father of Brant Jr., Jessica (Tony), Brian and Johnna Rivera.  Loving Pop of Brant III, Caleb, Aiden, Lilly Townsend, Leah Townsend, Callie Rae Townsend and A.J. Carfango. Will be missed by his adoring fur babies Bear, Cinnamon, Gizmo and Bella.

Brant is preceded in death by his parents, the late Brant and Mary Paul and his father-in-law Robert McCarthy. 

Dear brother of Mary, Bernie Donofrio (Joe), Darlene Brinson (Ron), Sam Hatter (Monk), Brenda Wagner (the late Tom), Jeanie Breslin (Joe) , Dawn Peterson (Mike). 

Brother-in-law of Margie McCarthy, Michael McCarthy (Missy), August Gift (Fred),Sue Giordano (Paul),  Shawn McCarthy (Katie), Sam McCarthy, Shane McCarthy, and the late Robert McCarthy and late Violet Bennett. Greatly missed by his in-laws Rosemary and Ed Clark.Sadly missed by his aunt Jean Paul .Forever loved and remembered by  his many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family and his extended family and friends. 

Brant was a neighborhood guy and proud of his roots. He would drive you crazy but would also do anything for you. He was extremely loyal to his family and would do anything for them. Brant spent his life trying to better himself so that he could be the best dad, husband, and grandfather, and he adored his grandchildren. He will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved him.
Friends and relatives are invited to a memorial service on Saturday January 30, 2021 at Christ the King Church, 3252 Chesterfield Road, Philadelphia, PA 19114.  Visitation begins at 9:00 am with mass to follow at 10:00 am. Internment private.In lieu of flowers, donations towards Brant's final expenses will be greatly appreciated.
