Carmen J. Salvatore passed away peacefully in Philadelphia, PA on September 12, 2018. He was 63 years old. He is the beloved son of Carmen and the late Dolores (nee Kenny). Loving father of the late Melissa. Dear brother of Robert (Frank), Michael, and uncle of Michael Jr. (Tracy).  Sadly missed by his lifelong friend Rose Marie Reynolds,  "their" children Amy, Jennifer, Sherry, Melissa, "their" grandchildren Kiersten, Brittney, Cassidy, Zachary, Mark, Matthew, Jared, Christian, Gavin, Sean, and two great grandchildren. Also survived by his daughter's sisters Tina and Debbie. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Tuesday September 18, 2018 beginning at 7pm in the McElvarr Funeral Home 1415-17 E. Susquehanna Ave. Philadelphia PA 19125 (Fishtown). Funeral service 8:30pm.  Burial and committal services with military honors will take place at a later date.
