Carol A. Hunter

Carol A. Hunter passed away at home on March 21, 2025, at the age of 82. She was born in Philadelphia on October 29,1942 to the late George and Mary (nee Mood). In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by 7 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Carol worked as a Hearing Officer for the Philadelphia Water Revenue Department for 36 years until her retirement. She enjoyed traveling, going to the casino, and spending time with friends. More than anything, Carol loved being an aunt to her nieces and nephews and their families. 

Relatives and friends are invited to gather Saturday March 29, 2025 from 9-9:45 am in St. Anne Church (lower) 2328 East Lehigh Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19125. Funeral Mass 10am. Interment North Cedar Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
