Carol Ann Carroll

Carol Ann Carroll, 44, of Cape May County, NJ, passed away unexpectedly on June 27, 2025. Born on August 15, 1980, in Philadelphia, PA, she was the cherished daughter of the late John and Philomena (née D’Eusanio) Carroll.

A graduate of Lower Cape May Regional High School, Carol spent most of her life in Cape May County. Carol was a hard worker with a vibrant spirit and strong work ethic; often holding multiple jobs, her favorite being a trolley girl for The Great American Trolley Company, delighting passengers with her infectious personality and magnetic charisma. Carol cherished life’s simple joys, from hunting treasures at thrift stores and yard sales to sharing proud stories of her children, Olivia, Louis (L.J.), and Earl. Most recently, she beamed with pride over her son L.J.’s acceptance to West Point Military Academy, Earl’s election to class president, and Olivia’s recognition as New Residential Advisor of the Year at the University of Vermont.

Carol leaves behind her beloved children, Olivia, L.J., and Earl Belasco; her sisters, Mina Carroll-Stendardo (Mark), Gina Carroll-Blahut, and Robin Carroll (Eddie); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins who will deeply miss her.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, John and Philomena, and her niece, Philomena “Bean” Stendardo.

Relatives and friends are invited to Saint Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, 2901 Atlantic Avenue, Wildwood, NJ 08260, on Friday, July 11, 2025, for visitation from 9:30 to 11:00 A.M., followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 A.M. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to support her children’s education or Masses offered for Carol’s soul at your local Catholic Church.
