Earl M. Thomas Jr.

Earl M. Thomas Jr. passed away peacefully at home on July 8, 2024 with his loving family by his side. He was born in Philadelphia on September 10,1950 to the late Earl M. Sr. and Joanne (nee Bassler) Thomas. 

Earl is the beloved husband of Nancy B. (nee Clegg). Devoted father of Martin (Keri), Michael (Patricia), Heather, Tiffany Looby (Rob), and Tammy (Larkin Donald). Loving Pop of Miranda, Marty, Corey, Kaitlyn, Carlos, Nyisha, Cheyanne, Robbie, Destiny, Ruben, Sebastian, and great Pop to Nova, Angel, Da'Nyza, Jaime, Sebastian Jr. and 2 babies on the way. Dear brother of Joanne "Sis" Weber (Bruce), Sandra Rash, Ronald, and the late Daniel (late Pat) and Cyndi McDonnell. Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. 

Earl was a family man who was dedicated to his wife and kids, and football. He loved his Eagles! Earl was very outgoing and enjoyed time spent with his family and friends at a good party or BBQ. He had a special place in his heart for everyone in his life. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Tuesday July 23, 2024 beginning at 9am in the Hubert M. McBride Funeral Home 2357 East Cumberland Street Philadelphia, PA 19125. Funeral service 11am. Interment will follow in Rolling Green Memorial Park, West Chester, PA.
