Edward W. Dymowski , age 82, passed away on August 29, 2023. He was born on December 16,1940 to Walter and Nellie Dymowski. Loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Margaret "Bunny" and his sons Edward (Anna), Joseph (Cindi), and William (Barbara); his grandchildren Lindsay, Joseph, Sarah, and Matthew; and his great-grandchildren Carson and Cameron.
Edward graduated from Dobbins High School in 1959. Soon after that, he worked for Food Fair in their print shop. He started his own business 3-D printing service in 1974, where he worked day and night to grow a business to support his family. He owned and operated this business until the day he retired.
Edward was a truly great man whose impact will be forever felt by his family who loves him dearly. He was a selfless man whose passing left an unfillable gap in the hearts of his loved ones. His ability to sacrifice, provide, support, forgive, and love will be forever engrained into all he knew.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Monday September 4, 2023 from 6-8pm and Tuesday September 5, 2023 from 8:30am-10:30am in the McElvarr Funeral Home 1415-17 East Susquehanna Ave. (Fishtown) Philadelphia, PA 19125. Funeral Mass 11am in Holy Name of Jesus Church 701 Gaul Street (at Berks). Interment St. Peter's Cemetery of Port Richmond. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to the American Heart Association or to the Bright Focus Foundation for Macular Degeneration Research at the addresses provided below.
