Edward Neild Jr.

It is with profound sadness that the family of Edward Neild Jr. announces his sudden and tragic passing on February 3, 2026, at the age of 42. Ed was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on June 29, 1983 to the late Edward Sr. and Rena (nee Selser). 

Ed was always crazy in the best way possible- endlessly silly, sharp-humored, and always ready to make people laugh. He was a lifelong Kensington resident and a devoted, hands-on father who poured his heart into raising his children and being there for them every day. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Ed is the beloved husband of Jenna Mulvenna. Loving and devoted father of Kayla, Gabrielle, Edward "Buddy", Arryana, and Chloe. Loving Pop-Pop to Amaya and Willow. Dear brother of Heather, Tracey, Donna, Samantha, Ryan, Sean, Matthew, and Erin. Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Tuesday February 10, 2026 beginning at 6pm in the Hubert M. McBride Funeral Home 2357 East Cumberland Street Philadelphia, PA 19125, followed by his funeral service at 8pm.
