Edward Omietanski

Edward Omietanski passed away on August 19, 2021. He was born in Philadelphia to the late Stanley B. Omietanski Sr. and the late Johanna Skedielewska Omietanski. He was raised in the Port Richmond neighborhood in Philadelphia and remained there throughout his life. Edward was a longtime employee of  the Sugarhouse Refinery. 

He is the dear brother of  the late Stanley B. Omietanski Jr. (Elizabeth "Betty" nee Youse).  Dear Uncle of Susan Okomski (John), Joanne DiPietro (Stefano), and Stanley Omietanski III (Dorothy).  Great Uncle of Amanda (Joseph), Christina (Matthew), Kaitlin, Stefano, John, Stanley IV, Sarah, and Great-Great Uncle of Anna, Joseph, Audriana and Matthew.

Relatives and friends are invited to his graveside service Saturday August 28, 2021 at 11am in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery 4268 Richmond Street 19137. Please gather at the main gate to the cemetery, which is located off of Richmond Street. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations to St. Anne Church 2328 East Lehigh Ave. Philadelphia PA 19125.
