Eva passed away at the young age of 58 on April 24, 2024, at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.    Eva is survived by her four children: Eva, Barbara, Ashley and Brittany.  Sister of John and the late Jane and Debra. Daughter of the late John and Eva Burnett Conlin. Also survived by her by four grandchildren, many friends and family, and those friends who turned into family.  Michael and Ashley Landolf and their seven children. Also, the Conlin, Bradley, Canceillere, Ennis and Chambers family.

There will be a Service in honor of Ms Conlin followed by a luncheon on May 6, 2024 @7 pm at Summerfield Fishtown Church located at 2223 E. Dauphin St Philadelphia Pa 19125. Purple was LaLa's favorite color, please show your support by wearing something purple.

Eva came into my life about 15 years ago. Even though she didn’t express it much, she has a very big heart. I met her around then when she was friends with my great uncle and when he got sick, she took care of him, until his final days. I’m so happy I got to repay her the favor and do the same for her.

We all like to remember Eva (aka) LaLa when she was happy and healthy. The moments when she smiled and was carefree. Remember all the good times, when she would smile, laugh and the times when she would go off about random things that made absolutely no sense, but we went along with it anyway. Or, when she would talk about her animals, Eva loved animals just as much as she loved children. All the “bad” kids she said flocked to her, she would call them the “bad eggs” lol…. Loved doing her crossword puzzle books. I can recall a time when, we were preparing for Christmas, this past year and Eva and I were talking about Santa Claus and I needed her to play along for the kids' sake, and she played along so well, she had me convinced she still believed in Santa. It was a great laugh. We would call LaLa Cecile Tynan, because she always knew what the weather was going to be like the that day, or whatever day in question. We told the Kids that the Easter Bunny came in and kissed LaLa when she was sleeping and Eva said, “yes he did, he woke me up and I couldn’t go back to sleep” Later that day, she was eating chocolate, and she had it all over her mouth, I asked her what happened to her mouth and why she had chocolate all over her face? She said the Easter Bunny did it, it was so funny, I was laughing so hard, I had tears in my eyes. (Great memory) We had one final year with Eva all the major holidays and I don’t know if she knew time was getting close, but she made the best out of every one of those moments. I’m going to miss her terribly. Our house is going to be a little less quiet and seem so much bigger, without her. My children gave her the experience of being a grandmother and got to witness some of the major milestones in their lives and for that alone I will hold close and cherish. You fought a good fight for so long, you’re no longer in pain anymore. Now, LaLa you can Rest in Peace

We love and Miss you so much, thank you for all the laughs and great memories, I will hold them all close to my heart.
