George C. Hatter

George C. Hatter passed away suddenly at home on October 8, 2020. Formerly of  Fishtown, George currently resided in Port Richmond. He is the beloved husband of Maryann (nee Bowne).  Devoted dad to his furbabies Frosty and the late Lady. Loving brother of Mary Lou Cole (late Bob), Agnes Watson, Gloria Hatter, Josephine Bouldin (Vern), Michael "Monk" Hatter (Sam), and the late Carol Zink (late Jim), Pauline Miller  (Jim), and Margaret Kress.  Dear son of the late Paul Hatter and Louise Kuhlmeier Hatter.  Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Monday October 19, 2020 beginning at 10am in the Hubert M. McBride Funeral Home 2357 E. Cumberland Street Philadelphia PA 19125. Prayers and words of remembrance 11am. Interment to follow in Hillside Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
