Howard H. "Cork" Wurtenberg, Jr.

Cork was born in Philadelphia to the late Howard H. Wurtenberg, Sr. and Emma Fleck Wurtenberg.   He was a Photo Engraver for a Lithographing Co.  And a member of GCIU Local 14.

He is the beloved husband wife Doris " Pudge " (nee Wallace). Devoted father of Michelle Stewart (Anthony) and the late Michael Wurtenberg (Karlee).  Loving Pop of Michael Wurtenberg  (Jennifer), Kyle Wurtenberg and Jill Stewart.  Adoring Great grandfather of Charlotte. 

Relatives and Friends are invited to his viewing on Wednesday September 27, 2023, beginning at 9:30 AM followed his Funeral Service at 11AM., in the McELVARR FUNERAL HOME  , 1415-17 East Susquehanna Avenue, Fishtown. Further arrangements will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family is respectfully requesting memorial contributions to the  Alzheimers Association
