Jean M. Ehlin (nee Brennan) "Jeannie" passed away at home on August 24, 2019. She was 53 years old. Cherished daughter of the late Edward F. Brennan and Margaret Miller. Beloved wife of Ed Cummiskey. Loving mother of Steve Gault and Scott Ehlin. Dear sister of Kathy Brennan, Margaret MacDonald (James), Carol Gollatz (Jon), Glenn Brennan, Stephen Brennan, Edward Brennan, John Brennan, Thomas Brennan, and the late Daniel Brennan. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews and her brothers and sisters in law. 

Jeannie will be remembered as a social butterfly who loved life and loved people, and they loved her back. She enjoyed shopping at thrift stores and dollar stores and really any stores :) She also loved music of all types and movies, her favorite being Walk the Line. She loved spending time with family and enjoyed the holidays, especially Christmas and Thanksgiving. Her family will miss her sweet potato casserole but not as much as they will miss her. 

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate her life at her viewing and funeral Tuesday September 3, 2019 beginning at 7pm in the Hubert M. McBride Funeral Home 2357 E. Cumberland St. Philadelphia PA 19125. Funeral service and words of remembrance 8:30pm.
