John E. Bytheway Sr.

John E. Bytheway passed away on June 2, 2020 in Temple University Hospital. Beloved Husband to the late Patricia (née Kelly) . Devoted father to Soncierae (Raymond), Jami(John), Gabriella(Michael) & the late John Jr. Loving grandfather to 13 grandchildren and 15 great grand children. Sadly missed by nieces, nephews, cousins & many friends. He was a devoted eagles fan who cheered the birds on win or lose and was always there when you needed to talk or needed advice. He will be missed by many people  & remembered for many different reasons. The family is asking that everyone wear Philadelphia eagles attire to the funeral to honor John the way he would want.

Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral mass Friday June 12, 2020 in Holy Name of Jesus Church 701 Gaul Street Philadelphia PA 19125 (Fishtown) promptly at 11am. The church will be open 15 mins prior and we ask those attending to take your seat in designated pews to keep with CDC social distancing guidelines. The family thanks everyone for their support and invites everyone to share your memories of John on the Tribute wall in this website.
