Jonathan "Jay" J. Salas-Kane

Jonathan J. Salas-Kane "Jay" passed away suddenly on September 21, 2020. Beloved son of Kelly Kane (Matt Suarez) and Jose Salas (Michelle). Cherished brother of Matthew Jr., Giovanni, Andres, and Lilianna. Sadly missed by his girlfriend Monica Colon and his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jay was in his junior year at Kensington CAPA High School and loved to play soccer and listen to music. He was an excellent big brother and loved to spend time playing outside and watching movies. He was also most happy being with his girlfriend. Jay loved his family so much and they will miss him terribly, especially his infectious smile. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Monday September 28, 2020 beginning at 9:30am in Visitation BVM Church (lower) "B" Street and East Lehigh Ave. Philadelphia PA 19125. Funeral Mass 11am. Interment Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests and appreciates any contributions towards his final expenses in care of the funeral home.

We ask that all those attending services wear a mask, practice social distancing, and adhere to safety restrictions set in forth by the church to keep everyone healthy during the pandemic Covid-19.
