Kathleen D. Booth "Kass" (nee Fanning) passed away peacefully at home on June 14, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She is the beloved wife of the late Jacob J. "Jake" Booth. Devoted mother of Colleen Dooley, Jacob "Tim" Booth (Colleen), Danielle "Nelly" Borman, Victoria "Vicky" Borman, and the late Sharon Booth and Nicole Borman. Loving Grandmother of Stacy Master (Fred), Jackie Gerner (John), John Dooley (Amy), Morgan Booth, Katy Booth, Alex Booth, Jake Booth, and Rachel Booth. Doting great grandmother to Johnny D., Johnny G., Freddie, Gabrielle, Julian, Myer, Mia, Delilah, Amelia, Arlynn, and Sophia. Dear sister of Michael Fanning (Jude), and the late Eileen Wallis and Francis Fanning. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews ,and her furbaby Bruno.
Kass will be remembered for her nurturing spirit that she so willingly shared with others, especially children. Kass' community welcomed her persistent service. Miss Kass dedicated 33 years to St. Laurentius School as a volunteer lunch mother. Her warm and gentle approach was felt by students and faculty alike. Her faith ran deep, as she was an avid Catholic. She was a selfless person who had a genuine affection to care for others. Her comfort was felt by family, friends, students, and neighbors-her kindness was dispersed equally to everyone she met. To know her was to love her. Kass, well versed as Miss Kass, will be greatly missed but warmly welcomed by her late loved ones.
