Leo E. Kulb Sr. passed away peacefully at home on December 30, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 9, 1944 to the late Edward and Florence (nee Deininger) and grew up in the Kensington section of the city.
Leo was a proud member of Teamsters Local 107 and worked as a truck driver for many years until his retirement. Leo is the beloved husband of Karen (nee DeTreux). Devoted father of Christine Silvers (Edward), Leo E. Kulb Jr. (Denise), Helen Murphy (Brion), and Michael Kulb (Melissa). Loving Pop of Robert (Tara), Dana (Billy), Caitlyn, Taylor, Brion Jr. (Rachel), Marisa, Matthew, Madison, Michael, Linda, Kennedy and 14 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his 10 brothers and sisters. Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Thursday January 2, 2025 beginning at 9am in the Hubert M. McBride Funeral Home 2357 East Cumberland Street Philadelphia, PA 19125, followed by his funeral service at 10:30am. Interment Magnolia Cemetery.
