Lillian "Sissy" S. (Otto) Parsons

Lillian S. Parsons "Sissy" passed away at home on December 9, 2023, with her loving family by her side. She was born on June 19, 1942 to the late Edward and Lillian (nee Jones) Otto. 

Sissy lived in Fishtown throughout her entire life. She worked for many years as a machinist in the manufacturing industry after graduating from high school. For the last ten years, Sissy worked for the neighborhood Dunkin Donuts, where she was adored by her co-workers and customers. In her downtime, Sissy loved going to the casino and playing the slot machines. She loved them so much that her husband bought her a slot machine for her home.  If Sissy could not make it to the casino, she was happy to have her scratch off tickets to try her luck. 

More than anything, Sissy loved her family. Her husband, children, and grandchildren meant the world to her and she would do anything for them. She will be forever loved and missed by all those who knew her.

In honoring Sissy's wishes, all services will be private and at the convenience of her family.
