Maria D. Vargas

Maria D. Vargas passed away suddenly on July 18, 2020 at the age of 38. She is the beloved daughter of Noel Sanabria and Maritza Irizarry. Loving mother of Maritza Vargas, Isaiah Claudio (Emily Whitmore), Cecilia Vargas, Savanah Vargas, Destiny Vargas, and Janiyah Vargas. Dear sister of Marisol Vargas (Josue Hernandez), Hector Vargas (Kristina), Jose Vargas, Santiago Vargas (Laura Cromely), Maribel Irizarry (Alexander Rivera), and Nazier Sanabria. Sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Maria will always be remembered for her funny sense of humor and ability to tell a joke. She was never afraid to speak her mind. Her  family will miss her tremendously, especially her beautiful smile that could light up a room. 

The family would like everyone wishing to pay their respects in person to be able to do so at her viewing Friday July 24, 2020 from 10-12pm. All those attending are required to wear a mask inside the funeral home, outside on funeral home property,and maintain social distancing. Also please be prepared to wait as there are occupancy limitations due to Covid-19. Her service in the funeral home will be private and  limited but the family invites everyone to join them for her committal services at Greenmount Cemetery at approximately 1pm.
