Marianne (Adamski) Sickel

Marianne Sickel, age 75, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, passed away on Sunday, November 2nd, 2025 surrounded by family. Marianne was born on October 5th, 1950 in Philadelphia PA, residing there until moving to Little Egg Harbor NJ in 2011. She graduated from St. Anne's Business School in 1967. She worked at the Delaware Ribbon Factory in Philadelphia for many years.

Marianne looked forward to spending summers with her husband Chuck on the beach in Wildwood Crest, NJ and spent winters cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles. Marianne was married to her best friend Chuck Sickel for 56 years. Marianne and Chuck did everything together enjoying life to the fullest.

Daughter to the late Thomas and Elizabeth (Broomhead) Adamski. She was predeceased by her sister Donna, son Charles Sickel Jr. and daughter Kriste Sickel. Marianne is survived by her husband Chuck Sickel, brother and sister-in-law Tom and Anne Adamski of Texas, daughter Janemarie Liston (Tom) of Egg Harbor City, NJ and daughter Stacie Sickel of Philadelphia, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews. Marianne will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her and will forever live in our hearts.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation and funeral Friday November 7, 2025 beginning at 9:30am in St. Anne Church (lower) 2328 East Lehigh Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19125, followed by her funeral mass at 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to any charity benefitting cancer research.
