Michael C. Bausman

Michael C. Bausman passed away suddenly on July 12, 2020 at the age of 47. He is the beloved husband of Dawn (née Cummiskey). Devoted father of Ashlyn (Pat), Kaitlyn, Maura, Connor and Savannah. Loving Pop Mike of Cayden. Cherished son of Sue and the late Robert. Dear brother of Robert (Kathleen) and Nicholas (Kelly). Also survived by the mother of his children, Denice Anderson and his nieces and nephews.

Michael was a proud operating engineer in Local 542 for 12 years and loved his job. Also,  if you had a crack in your concrete, he was your man. He was dedicated to his work and always got the job done. Michael enjoyed cooking for those he loved, snorkeling with sea creatures, and eating every sweet you had in the house. He loved to travel and explore new places and food. If you saw him in his free time he was either planning a trip, taking a nap, or enjoying the company of his dogs. He loved his family and friends dearly, if there’s one thing they knew, it was that they could always count on him for anything. Michael will be remembered for his wonderful spirit and beautiful smile that brought a ray of light and love to this world. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Saturday July 18th beginning at 9am in the Hubert M. McBride Funeral Home 2357 East Cumberland Street Philadelphia PA 19125. Funeral service 11am. We ask that all attendees wear masks and observe social distancing.
