Michael Cappo Obituary
Michael T. Cappo passed away on October 14, 2022 at the age of 67. He is the beloved son of the late Harry and Imogene (nee Carlin). Dear brother of Nicholas (Holli), Annemarie, Andrew, John (Suzanne), and the late Harry and Joseph. Loving uncle of Keith (Emily), Ashley (Christian), Anthony, Emma, Benjamin, and great uncle of Quinn and Madden. Sadly missed by his extended family, neighbors, and friends.
Michael was raised in St. Anne parish and remained there throughout his life, becoming a neighborhood staple. He attended Saul High School and later worked for Septa for over 30 years. Mike was an avid sports fan. He played baseball, soccer, and basketball and later coached basketball. He was the proud coach of Blood and Thunder basketball team. He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Thursday October 20, 2022 beginning at 9am in St. Anne Church (lower) 2328 East Lehigh Ave. Philadelphia,PA 19125. Funeral mass 10:30am. Interment New Cathedral Cemetery.
