Michael J. Trout

Michael J. Trout passed away peacefully at home on April 12, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He is the beloved son of Pauline (nee Buck) and the late Thomas G. Sr. Dear brother of Patricia Stieber (Tom), William (Kim), Kenneth (Sophia), Lisa Long (Joe), Paula Hoffman (George), Jackie Sweeney (Harry), and the late Thomas Jr. "Turtle" (Nannie). Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews and his lifelong best friends Michael Suarez (Kelly) and Lisa Quinn. Michael graduated from St. Anne School and then North Catholic High School for Boys, Class of 1978. He worked as a sheet metal worker for 27 years before retiring.  He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and loved the simple things in life, especially family and good friends. He will be remembered for being quiet and reserved but if you were blessed to have him in your life, you had a friend forever. 

Relatives and friends are invited to gather and celebrate his life Thursday April 15, 2021 beginning at 9:30am in St. Anne Church (upper) 2328 East Lehigh Ave. Philadelphia PA 19125 (at Memphis Street) Funeral mass 10:30 am. We ask that all those attending services wear a mask and maintain social distancing. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to St. Anne Church
