Patricia I. (Hazley) Radovan

Pat was born in Philadelphia to the late George and Mary Neary Hazley.  She passed away at Nazareth Hospital after an extended illness. 

She is the wife of the late Stephen.  Mother of James Clark, William Meredith, Edward Clark ( Nicole ) and the late Patricia.  Grandmother of Kerri and Shamus.  Sister of Ellen Jones and the late Mary Ward, Thomas, George, William and Edward. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and funeral on Thursday December 8, 2022, beginning at 10 AM followed by her Service of Christian Burial at 11 AM, in the McELVARR FUNERAL HOME,  Fishtown.  Interment New Cathedral Cemetery.
