Patrick J. Venhaus Jr.

Patrick J. Venhaus Jr. passed away on November 9, 2020 at the age of 34. He is the cherished son of Patrick J. Vanhaus Sr. and Deborah "Debbie" (nee McKeen). Beloved husband of Rosemarie Franklin. Devoted father of Mackenzie and Patrick III. Dear brother of Tracy and Matthew. Loving grandson of Theresa Venhaus. Sadly missed by the mother of his daughter, Holly Hall, and many aunts uncles and cousins. 

Patrick was born and raised in the Fishtown and East Kensington neighborhoods of Philadelphia. He loved to play sports especially soccer and baseball and played sports through high school. During his junior year he pitched a no hitter. Patrick was a hard worker and was happy to be at his current job at Rivers Casino. His greatest joy in life came from being a dad and he was the best. He loved to spend every minute with his kids, just hanging out and being silly with them. Every Saturday he cooked breakfast for them and they shared his love of scrapple. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Friday November 13, 2020 beginning at 9:30am in the Hubert M. McBride Funeral Home 2357 E. Cumberland Street Philadelphia PA 19125. Funeral service 11am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates any contributions towards his final expenses in care of the funeral home.
