Howdy was born in Philadelphia to the late Albert and Dolores Murphy DiBartolomeo. He attended Holy Name and Penn Treaty schools.

He was employed by a pool installation company for many years.

Paul was predeceased by his brothers Albert and Daniel. He will be sadly missed by his many friends and the Murphy family. There are no services planned at this time.
