Robert J. Peak “Bobby” “Robo” passed away on June 6, 2024 at the age of 49. He is the beloved son of Catherine Peak and her late husband Adam Kutelmack and also the late Robert Peak. Dear brother of the late Roger C. Peak Sr. Loving uncle of Roger Jr., Tiffany, and Jonathan. Sadly missed by his uncles Joseph and Michael Peak, his aunt Peggy Peak, his extended family, and his friends and neighbors.
Bobby was a lifelong resident of the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia. He was a hockey player, who spent younger years playing at Scanlon Rec and the Sportsplex and was known for being a skilled goalie named “Robo”. As Bobby got older, his love of hockey continued as a fan of Tampa Bay Lightning, despite living in a home of Flyers fans. He did, however, share his family’s love for the Philadelphia Eagles, and was a devoted supporter. When he was not watching sports, Bobby enjoyed building model cars.
Bobby was devoted to his family. Despite his own heath issues, he was very protective of them and looked out for his niece and nephews, especially after their dad passed away. He also worried about his mom and always wanted to make sure she would be taken care of. Bobby will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Wednesday June 12, 2024 beginning at 9am in St. Anne Church (lower) 2328 East Lehigh Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19125. Funeral Mass 10:30am.
