Robert "Bob" F. Fry Jr.

Robert F. Fry Jr. "Bob" passed away on March 13, 2023 at the age of 60. He is the beloved son of the late Robert F. Sr. and Eleanor (nee Thomas) Fry. Devoted father of Victoria Cesario "Toots" (Mark "Sunshine"), Robert Fry III "PeeWee", and Collin Fry "Moose". Loving Pop to his best buds Emma “Midget”, Mark Jr. "Doc" or "Booger", and Logan "Hollywood". Dear brother of Susan Bucher (late Richard), Nancy Cameron, Thomas Cameron "Fred", David Fry (Donna), and the late John Cameron and Cathy Fry (Chris).  Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. 

Bob was raised in the Kensington section of Philadelphia and remained there for most of his life. He graduated from Thomas Edison High School and then entered the work force. He worked for many years as a roofer and currently as a truck driver. In his down time, Bob enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley Davidson and watching the Eagles, as he was an avid fan. More than anything, Bob loved spending time with family, especially his kids and grandkids. They will always remember him for his sense of humor and for giving everyone a nickname he made for them. He will be missed greatly but his family knows that he was welcomed into heaven with open arms from his parents and siblings. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Saturday March 18, 2023 beginning at 10am in the Hubert M. McBride Funeral Home 2357 East Cumberland Street Philadelphia PA 19125. Funeral service 11:30am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests and appreciates any contributions towards his final expenses.
