Rome was born in New York to Auria and Ruben Feliciano. He is survived by his husband of 42 years, George Bell, his mother Auria, and his sisters Doris and Lucy. Rome was a very loving, caring and kind person. He loved life.
Rome grew up in Philadelphia in the Liberties section of the city, where he lives now. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone that needed it. He enjoyed cooking and was really good at it.
Rome had a very long career at Macy's, where he made many good friends and was very successful. He was able to utilize his creativity to its fullest and a strong business sense. He was always proud of his ability to build strong relationships with his coworkers, who he loved working with.
Rome had many hobbies and things he enjoyed doing. He loved his garden. He was always taking pictures from it and posting them on Facebook, as well as the things he spent refinishing and refurbishing.
Rome loved to travel and would plan to do as much as he could. He loved spending summers in the Mountains in Northeast PA and as much time as he could in Wilton Manors, Florida.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather and celebrate Rome's life Wednesday January 25, 2023 beginning at 10am in St. Peter the Apostle Church 1019 N. 5th Street Philadlephia PA 19123, followed by his funeral mass at 11am.
