Thomas S. Goetz

Tom was born in Philadelphia to the late John Jr and Mary Collopy Goetz.  He passed away Saturday at VITAS Hospice, South Philadelphia. 

Tom was a fencemaker by trade, and had worked in the industry for a number of years.  His hobbies include painting of toy soldiers, stamp collecting and collecting Army patches. 

He is an animal lover, enjoying the company of his furbabies Cody, Chloe, Molly and Allie.   He loved the holidays, especially Christmas and National holidays and decorated his home with American flags. 

Tom is the dear brother of Deborah Campagna, John Goetz III, Linda Roccia and Susan Goetz.  Loving uncle to Anthony, Joseph, Jonathan, Christopher, Sara, Amanda, Gary, Natalie and great Uncle to twins  Madison and Matthew.  Sadly missed by his aunts and uncles.  

Relatives and friends are invited to his Service of Christian Burial, on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 10:30 AM, in the McELVARR FUNERAL HOME, 1415-17 East Susquehanna Avenue, Fishtown. where his viewing will begin at 9 AM.  Interment Resurrection Cem.
