William "Bill" Sweet Jr. Obituary
William Sweet Jr. “Bill” passed away unexpectedly on November 12th, 2022, at the age of 57. Bill was born in the Kensington section of Philadelphia to the late William Sweet Sr. and the late Marjorie Sweet. Bill was a hard worker his entire life. He was an avid collector of stamps, coins, and sports memorabilia. He loved all the Philadelphia sports teams and was a huge fan of classic Rock 'n' Roll. Bill would rarely be caught without wearing one of his many hats.
Bill is survived by his wife, Jeanne Sweet( nee Dunbar) and his devoted children Brandon (Jenna), Justin, Shayne, and Maranda (Philip). He is the adored grandfather “Poppop” of Aubree. Bill is also survived by his siblings Jeffrey (Caitlin), Barbara, and Christopher. Bill will be sadly missed by his many friends and relatives.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Friday November 18, 2022 beginning at 9:45am in Holy name of Jesus Church 701 Gaul Street (at Berks) Philadelphia, PA 19125 (Fishtown). Funeral Mass 11am. Interment private.
